​The ChillDrake is a purpose-built liquid cooling architecture that starts at the source of the heat, designed for GPU accelerated data centers with the intent of creating a net-positive cooling system (<1 PUE). 


Cold Plate Loop

By strategically maintaining thermal separation across key 
zones, our innovative design harnesses the power of phase 
change for exceptional thermal efficiency. This advanced 
approach predicts and adapts to varying thermal loads, 
optimizing heat removal even in heterogeneous environments. 



Multi-Chamber Design

Our patent-pending design further embraces turbulence 
within the cold plate to maximize heat extraction, setting 
a new standard in thermal management efficiency.

Refrigerant Heat Exchanger and Distribution Unit
​(RHEDU)

Aptly named the RHEDU ("redo"), our distribution pump challenges the conventional coolant distribution units (CDUs) known throughout the data center industry. Key differentiators include an advanced control algorithm that adjusts the pump speed, flow rate, and heat exchanger fan speed in real-time based on chip manufacturer's thermal design power data.
